Kwara State University (KWASU) will grow to be one of the best in Africa - Mr. Ben Duntoye
The State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Mr. Ben Duntoye made the observation while on a working visit to the institution at Malete in Moro Local Government Area of the State.
Mr. Duntoye described the University as one borne out of the foresight of the Bukola Saraki administration to ensure that Kwara Child has access to qualitative tertiary education.
He commended the efforts of the Vice Chancellor and his team at ensuring that a serene and conducive environment is created for learning and research.
In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor, Professor AbdulRasheed Na’Allah prised the State Government’s commitment to the transformation of education sector in the State.
Prof. Na’Allah assured that the University will not compromise quality in its academic and research programmes.
