NNL Super 4: 'No special favour for Kwara United'
He assures that there is no couse for alarm and that the would be no undue advantage to Kwara United when the NNL Super 4 kicks off in Ilorin 23rd February.
The Super 4 which is the concluding end of the season to determine the champion of the National League will see Kwara United, 3SC, Wikki Tourists and Gabros FC play for honors.
Inyama allaged any fears over Kwara United getting any special favor to win the Super 4 as Ilorin will host the competition.
” It is not the first or second time we’ve done this. In Bauchi some years ago, Wikki were routed but lost to Jigawa Golden Stars.
” So it just doesn’t follow because the Referees will not come from Ilorin, and the game will be played according to the rules so I don’t see any favors.
” We’ll de-emphasize this issue. In Europe the Final of the Champions League is hosted by cities who could produce finalists, but this doesn’t change anything,” Inyama explained.
