Press Release: Senator Saraki's Ramadan Message

Date: 2014-06-28

Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah!
"O Ye Who Believe fasting is prescribed to you as it was to those before you that we may learn self restraint"

I give thanks to Almighty Allah, the most beneficent and merciful; for keeping us alive, and healthy to witness and partake in another Month of Ramadan; the month of forgiveness, mercy and abundant blessings.

As we begin this Holy Month with Bizimillah, Insha Allah we shall conclude it with Alhamdulillah!

I urge all Muslim brothers and sisters to to use the opportunity of this month's divinity to get closer to Almighty Allah and seek renewal with Allah that will outlive the Month of Ramadan, pray for restoration of Nigeria and importantly a terror free Nigeria.

I wish all Muslims a successful Month of Holiness Insha Allah. Ma Sallam.

Signed:
Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki (C.O.N)
