Overland Airways resumes Ilorin-Minna flights
Overland Airways has announced the resumption of scheduled flight services from Minna Airport to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos from January 02, 2014.
Overland Airways will also commence flights from Minna Airport to Ilorin Airport on the same day.
The Chief Executive Officer of Overland Airways, Capt. Edward Boyo says: “the resumption of flight services on the Minna - Abuja, Minna - Lagos and Minna - Ilorin routes is part of Overland Airways objective of improving interconnectivity and facilitating social and economic ties across Nigeria.”
Overland Airways flights to Minna will depart Abuja at 7.30am and arrive Minna at 8.00am while flights from Minna to Abuja will depart at 5:50pm and arrive Abuja at 6.20pm every Monday to Friday.
On the Minna - Lagos route, flights will depart Minna at 8.30am and arrive Lagos at 10.50am, while flights from Lagos to Minna will depart at 3.00pm and arrive Minna at 5.20pm from Monday to Friday.
Flights from Minna to Ilorin will depart at 8.30am and arrive Ilorin at 9.30am. The return flight will depart Ilorin at 4.20pm and arrive Minna at 5.20pm every Monday to Friday.
Overland Airways has introduced additional morning flight from Abuja to Ilorin and afternoon flight from Lagos to Ilorin.
Overland Airways is also pleased to announce that its esteemed passengers can now check-in online and chose their preferred seats by logging on to www.overland.aero. On completion of check-in passengers can print their boarding pass and proceed to the boarding gate.

Boyo: “Minna is an important city in the North Central zone of Nigeria, and by linking it with Abuja, Lagos and Ilorin, Overland Airways will bring comfort and pleasure to the people of Niger State and the neighboring states of Kaduna, Kebbi, Kogi and Kwara. Overland’s resumption of service to Minna will support the development drives of these states and other private initiatives geared at improving the socio-economic lives of the peoples.”
