KABBA-ILORIN ROAD: SENATOR ADEYEMI COMMENDS CONTRACTOR'S PACE

The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Smart Adeyemi, said on Saturday that the pace of work of the contractor handling the reconstruction of Kabba/Ilorin road was commendable. He added that the Federal Government was making good its promise to complete the road in record time.

Senator Adeyemi, who stated this after a visit to his constituency, said the Ministry of Works should be commended for making good its words that the road would be completed in good time.

He said: “I need to commend the pace of work on that road. I am convinced that the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan is making good its promise to deliver on that road. Our people are happy that this work is going on speedily.

“I also need to commend the Minister of Works for going ahead with that project as promised,” he said.
