Stakeholders Commend Initiative

Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Offa branch, Mr. Tajudeen Babalola Saliu, lamented the increasing rate of student absenteeism driven by parents' inability to pay levies as low as ?500.

"I have a very brilliant student who has been absent for two weeks because her parents couldn't afford third-term levies. This gesture by the MOK Foundation is timely, and we appeal to the Foundation to consider Offa NUT in its future programmes," he said.
