Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has congratulated Ismail Mustapha Adua on his landmark achievement as Nigeria's first professor of International Aviation Law.

He praised Professor Adua for his outstanding contributions to academia and for placing Nigeria on the global map in the field of international aviation law.
