Governor AbdulRazaq Commences Construction of Modern Classrooms at Adeta Primary School
News report from the Kwara State Government Facebook page indicates that the Kwara State Government, led by His Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON), has begun the demolition of the old Adeta Primary School structures in Ilorin West Local Government Area. This demolition marks the first step in constructing a modern multi-storey building for classrooms.
Established in 1960, Adeta Primary School is one of the oldest primary schools in Kwara State. The completion of the new building promises to provide a more conducive and safer learning environment for students. Governor AbdulRazaq's administration is committed to equipping the school with state-of-the-art teaching materials.
This project is part of a broader initiative by the AbdulRazaq administration to construct and rehabilitate schools across Kwara State, ensuring that students can pursue their studies in an environment that promotes safety and learning.
In the last five years, Governor AbdulRazaq has invested hugely in Kwara's education through the rehabilitation and construction of school structures, employment of competent teachers, provision of learning materials for students and introduction of educational programmes like KwaraLEARN among others.
The Adeta Primary School, whose construction has commenced fully, has also got education stakeholders commending Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for prioritising quality education and ensuring Kwara students study in safer and conducive environment.
