Kwara Poly Begs Govt For 6 Months' Salary Relief
The Rector of Kwara State Polytechnic, Il?rin, Engr Abdul Jimoh Mohammed, has pleaded with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to take over the payment of its staff salaries for six months.

According to him, “Our plea is for the government to give us what I call a salary holiday for just six months. That is taking over the payment of staff salaries for that during and let him come and see what we can do with it.
“But I tell you with that action, we will transform this institution further beyond imagination. Such 'rebates' will be a game changer for us.”
He however, thanked the Governor for creating an enabling environment for the management of the institution to discharge its duties effectively.
