Opinion: Request for Amenities in Kwara New Settlements
I wish to use this medium to appeal to the Kwara State government to provide social amenities (pipe-borne water, good road network, recreation grounds, light, police post etc) to all the new settlements that are springing up in Ilorin and its environs such as Irewolede, Mandate, Agric and Judges Quarters. The state government should do this urgently instead of allocating lands for erecting houses like birds. We need a decent environment for a healthy living. This we urge the government to do for its citizens.
