Hamidu Olowo Thanks Kwarans, Begs For More Support For Kwara United

Date: 2021-02-02

Energetic secretary of Kwara United Hamidu Olowo has expressed appreciation on behalf of the club to fans and Kwarans for their support for the team this term in the NPFL.

Kwara United have been getting impressive results so far in the Nigerian top-flight and the draw in Lagos on Sunday against MFM will make it five points Biffo and his men have gotten away from home after seven games played.

While reacting to the club's deserved point gotten in Lagos against MFM, Hamidu Olowo praised his players for the brilliant performance and also thanked the fans home and abroad for their prayers for the team.

"Firstly, we want to thank the Government because they are our number one supporter, and secondly, our appreciation goes to the fans and Kwarans for their continuous support.

"The players are all committed and they are ready to achieve more success this season in the Nigerian League and other competitions that will come to our ways," Olowo explained.

Since Olowo was appointed as Kwara United secretary replacing Alhaji Bako who has gone back to the ministry, he has shown his high class and ability in which his commitment to the club cannot be overemphasized.

Meanwhile, Kwara United are currently occupying the sixth position on the NPFL table and the Harmony Boys will be facing Lobi Stars in Ilorin this coming Wednesday.
