Lai Mohammed ousted the dynasty in Kwara - Oloriegbe

The senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District at the Senate, Ibrahim Oloriegbe, has commended the immediate former Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, for "helping to oust the dynasty in Kwara State."

The senator made the observation at the screening of Mr. Mohammed for the post of minister.

After Mohammed had introduced himself, Oloriegbe said, "The story of Nigerian democracy will not be complete without mentioning Lai Mohammed for ousting the dynasty in Kwara State."

The former minister was subsequently asked to take a bow. Mohammed was the last of the 43 ministerial nominees to be screened. He was screened on Tuesday.
