Kwara: Court declares Ishola Fulani-led APC excos authentic

An Ilorin High Court on Wednesday, declared Ishola Balogun Funlani-led Executive as the only recognized All Progressive Party (APC) Executives in Kwara.

The court also stoped Bashir Bolarinwa-led faction from parading itself as the Executive board of the APC in the state.

The court also ordered the Indepemdent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognise all candidates for political post produced by the Fulani-led committee.

The Bolarinwa faction of the APC has said it will appeal the judgment.
