A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje, has felicitated with the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki on his 53rd birthday.

According to him, Doctor Bukola Saraki has continued to remain the pride of the Ilorin Emirate in view of his laudable contributions to the development of Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole.

Alhaji Kawu Baraje in a statement issued to newsmen in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital, described the birthday of the Senate President as a period Kwarans and Nigerians should pray fervently for Doctor Saraki to enable him perform effectively in the onerous task of building a new Nigeria.

The APC Chieftain however appealed to lovers and supporters of Doctor Saraki to organise prayers for him as a way to celebrate his 53rd birthday.

Alhaji Baraje, therefore prayed Allah to protect, safeguard and be with the Senate President and prayed for more prosperous years and good health.

He urged the people of Kwara state to remain peaceful and refrain from acts that could truncate the existing harmonious relationship in the state.
