Press Release: Ajibola, Aluko concede defeat and congratulate Governor Ahmed

The PDP candidate in yesterday's (Saturday) Gubernatorial Elections in Kwara State, Senator Simeon Ajibola and his running mate, Mallam Yinka Aluko called the Governor-Elect, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed at about 10.30pm Saturday night to concede defeat and congratulate him on his victory at the polls.

They wished Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed a more successful second term for the good of Kwara State. Responding, he thanked Senator Ajibola and Mallam Aluko and gave them his best wishes for the future.
