Club owners, LMC committed to league growth

A meeting of the representatives of Glo Premier League club owners and officials of the League Management Company ended in Abuja with both parties restating their commitment to work together for the growth of the league.

Highlight of the nine-point communiqué, signed by four members from each side, was the endorsement by club owners of the recently signed Television Broadcast deal and a resolve by both parties to work together in achieving the objectives of the ongoing reforms in the Nigeria Professional Football League.

Chairman of the Club Owners Association, Danladi Isaac; secretary, Alloy Chukwuemeka; Chairman of Kano Pillars, Alhaji Abba Yola; and Chairman of Kwara United, S. B Aluko signed for the club owners while Shehu Dikko, Salihu Abubakar, Mike Enahoro and Samson Ebomhe signed for the LMC.
