Mark's tenure as the Senate President terminated when Senator Bukola Saraki of the Kwara Central emerged as the Senate President in last June when the eighth Senate was inaugurated.
DailyTrust correspondent reports that Mark who has been at the Upper Chamber since 1999 was the 12th Senate President and he reigned for eight years (2007 to 2015).
