Kwara gov denies partiality in Share, Tsaragi clash
The Kwara state governor, Dr Abdulfatah Ahmed has denied the allegation of being partial in the clash that ensued between the people of Share, his home town and people of Tsaragi.
The people of Tsaragi in Edu local government area of the State have at a press conference alleged that the governor was partisan in the communal crisis between the two communities.
Ahmed in a reaction to the allegation said it was shocking, unfair and inappropriate representation of what transpired during the peace meeting he had with the people of the community.
It could be recalled that Ahmed told the people of Share and Tsaragi to learn to co-habitý peacefully and draw strength and inspiration in their diversity for infrastructure and economic development of both communities.
Ahmed called on communities in the state to be one another brother's keepers while reiterating his determination to guarantee peace and harmony in the state.
