Alegal luminary, Malam Yusuf Ali (SAN) has stressed the need for the incoming administration of Gen. Muammadu Buhari to summon the political will to tackle the problems of corruption in the country.

Ali spoke with newsmen in Ilorin at the weekend during the 31st Anniversary Dinner of Islamic Welfare Foundation (IWF).

Other issues which Ali wanted Buhari to tackle include insecurity, infrastructure, and insurgency.

He said, "the truth is that Nigeria's problems are too many and it is not possible for General Buhari to solve all the problems.

Nigeria does not have the money to solve all her problems.

But as for me, he should just summon the political will to solve the problem of corruption and many Nigerians' lack of integrity in our private and public lives. These would definitely rub off on other problems as they would also be substantially solved if not in full".

Ali also said that the Islamic association, Islamic Welfare Foundation, IWF has reasons to celebrate its 31st years of existence having touched many lives positively through humanitarian gestures, educational campaigns, against social vices and several others. have also used the association to rejuvenate and reinvigorate members spiritual lives''he stressed.
