The General Manager of the club Alhaji Haruna Maigidasanma made the commendation at a meeting of Wednesday in Ilorin to brief the players, officials and staff on the latest happenings in the team.

Maigidasanma who assured the players of meeting all their financial obligations soon commended their doggedness in the league so far.

He said the management is happy with their performance on the pitch and asked them to remain focus for the reminder of the season.

The Kwara United manager charged the players to win their Federation Cup match against Sharks of Port Harcourt in Benin next Wednesday.

He also challenged them on discipline both on and off the pitch reminding them that discipline would be vital in the remaining matches in the Nigeria National League (NNL).

Responding on behalf of the players and officials, the Technical Adviser, Samson Unuanel, assured the management that they would do all they can to help meet their expectation at the end of the season.

Unuanel promised that they technical crew and the players would ensure discipline at all times, adding that they believe discipline is key in their business.

He said the team resumed from the World Cup break so that they can start preparations on time for the remaining games in the NNL because their qualification to the Globacom Premier League is not negotiable
