4 CORPS MEMBERS DIE IN KWARA

Date: 2014-06-06

No fewer than 2,145 2013 batch “B” corps members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) passed out in Kwara State on Thursday.

The passing out was devoid of the usual parade as the corps members were issued their discharge certificates at their respective local governments.

However, four corps members who were members of the batch could not see the end of the service year as they lost their lives during the period.

The dead corps members were Oladiti Feyisayo Florence, Omoile Evans Ewere, Abubakar Laide and Onyeani Dike Igwe.

State coordinator of the NYSC, Mr. Abiodun Fagbemi, urged out-going corps members to be worthy ambassadors of the state.
