The prospective applicant should log-in through www.offahealthtech.com a copy of completed Admission Form should be submitted to the office of Registrar Kwara State College of Health Technology, Ojoku Road, Offa while another copy should equally be sent on line through the website.

This is also to inform all candidates intending to seek for admission of CHEW and JCHEW that, there would not be admission for these two courses for this 2013/2014 academic session.

Sale of Admission form commences on Monday 29th April, 2013 and closes on Friday 28 June 2013, while entrance examination come-up on Saturday 29th   June 2013.
