Kano Pillars midfielder, Nzube Anaezemba, said the club would approach their next game against Kwara United with all seriousness after dropping two points at home against Niger Tornadoes.

While expressing his disappointment at the 1-1 draw against Tornadoes, the former Enyimba midfielder said they must regain the points lost quickly. "It was quite unfortunate that we dropped points in our last game, making it four points that we have dropped at home this season," he said.

"Our ambition of winning the title has been affected with the draws and we have to go away and get the points back immediately.

"If we really want to win the title, we must win our games both home and away because football is all about results.

"We have been working on how to convert our chances because that was what worked against us in the game against Tornadoes, and we hope by this weekend we will begin to get it right.

"As a team, we have agreed among ourselves to continue to fight until we achieve our goals and objectives by emerging the champions.

"Although Kwara United are struggling at the bottom of the table, that is not to say they are not a good side, so we are not going to take them for granted. "We are going to fight from the start of the game till the end and hopefully God will crown our efforts with the three points."
