Governor Saraki forwards two bills to Kwara State House of Assembly

The Kwara State Governor, Dr Bukola Saraki has forwarded two new bills to the State House of Assembly for consideration and passage in to Law.

The bills are the Road Traffic management Authority (Road Marshals) bills and the Kwara State Signage and Advertising Agency bill.

In a letter addressed by the Governor to the Speaker of the House, the Road Traffic Management Bill, he said, seeks among other things, to control, regulate and manage traffic as well as other connected matters.

Similarly, the Signage and Advertising Agency bill is for the purpose of regulation of outdoor structure for the display of signage, hoarding and advertisement in the State.

He urged members of the house to expedite action on the two bills to ensure their early passage into law.
