Kwara Govt, Opthalmological Society Organise Free Cataract Surgeries

The Kwara State Government is set to hold another round of free cataract surgeries in the state.

The free surgery mission is being organised in collaboration with the Ophthalmological Society of Nigeria.

The statement issued by the Kwara State Ministry of Health said the exercise will hold between Monday August 30 and Tuesday August 31 at the General Hospital Ilorin and University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital.

The statement urged members of the general public with eye problems to take advantage of the free surgeries to correct their eyes' problems.
